Randy Wilson

Director – Eastern Canada

Randy joined Investigative Solutions Network as the Eastern Canada Director in February of 2020. He resides in Saint John, New Brunswick, having retired as the Director, Corporate Security for J.D. Irving Limited in 2016.  Randy was hired by the City of Saint John to conduct security assessments on all City owned facilities. He was also hired by the Province of New Brunswick to assist in the development of security awareness and training programs for all Government employees.

Randy career has been prolific, as he has spent time with Corporate Security for J.D Irving Limited, the city of Saint John - conducting security assessments on all city owned facilities, and an almost three decade career with the Toronto Police Service, where he was one of the founding members of Toronto’s Sex Crime Unit Internal Affairs, Toronto Hold Up Squad and retiring out of Toronto Intelligence as the OIC Combined Forces Asian Organized Crime Unit.

Since retiring from the Toronto Police Service in 1998, Randy has held senior level Corporate Security Positions with major Canadian companies, including Scotiabank and Magna International.

With ISN, he has been part of developing plans, policies and procedures and programs to safeguard assets and prevent criminal attack and avoid litigation.   He has lectured extensively on Workplace violence/harassment, developed Magna’s Global C-TPAT Policy and developed and implemented Travel Security Policies for Magna and Scotiabank’s Expatriate Community and frequent travellers.

Randy and his wife Jennifer are avid camping, hiking and skiing enthusiasts. When time permits, much of their energy is spent exploring the wonders of Atlantic Canada.
