INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES
Risk management is the process for identifying, analyzing, and communicating risk and accepting, avoiding, transferring, or controlling it to an acceptable level considering associated costs and benefits of any actions taken.

We then use industry best practices and subject matter experts to establish and implement a security risk management plan. These plans can include, creating a robust enterprise security management system, conducting threat, risk and vulnerability assessments, training employees on how they each play a role in minimizing the organization’s risk profile or conducting detailed investigations on security breaches or employee misconduct.

Background Screening Analyst and Fingerprint Technician
Elisabeth currently works as a Background Screening Analyst & Fingerprint Technician at the Pickering location. She graduated from Ontario Tech University where she completed a degree in Forensic Psychology (Honours). While at school, Elisabeth also completed an Honours Thesis studying the prevalence of time-related questions and references in forensic investigations of suspected sexual abuse against children aged 3-16. Elisabeth also has volunteer experience working in a Youth Justice Diversion program.
Elisabeth enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and kayaking as well as creative pursuits including painting, music, and knitting.
