Ian Briggs
Business Development Consultant and Principal Investigator
Ian Briggs is a Principal Investigator with ISN where he brings more than 35 years of experience and knowledge in criminal and civil investigations. Prior to ISN, Ian enjoyed a full career with the Toronto Police Service spending most of his time in major crime and drug units and his last five years as a homicide investigator.
Ian participated and supervised several Joint Forces Operations involving the OPP, RCMP, CBSA, Revenue Canada and Canada Customs and received recognition by the City of Toronto, the Province of Ontario and the Federal government upon his retirement.
Ian manages and investigates complex investigations for ISN including homicides, corporate frauds and family court matters. Ian specializes in corporate investigations where discretion and strong report writing skills are required. Hes has experience in managing large private and corporate undercover and surveillance operations.
Ian graduated from Ryerson University with a BAA and later a BA in Adult Education from Brock University.
