Course Overview
Goal: A successful telephone interview using rapport-based interview techniques that align with standard corporate policies to determine the truth using fair and ethical methods.
Module: Provide a structured frame of reference to address unique telephone investigative interviewing challenges and strategies and interpreting elements of human behaviour to maximize success.
Training: Planning and preparation; rapport building, determining truth from deception; note-taking/electronic recording: preparation of interview reports; delivery of evidence in criminal court and civil proceedings; and review case studies demonstrating success and failure.
