Course Overview
Goal: To successfully adapt existing skills to ensure the investigator is knowledgeable about workplace violence and harassment, employment law and case law.
Module: Conducting an investigation with a well-defined scope, procedural fairness, neutrality, and aligned with legislation, policies and procedures.
Training: Occupational Health & Safety Act; Human Rights Code; policies and procedures; complainant, respondent, witness and evidence credibility; case studies.
