ISN works closely with our clients to understand our client’s security risk profile and risk appetite. We then use industry best practices and subject matter experts to establish and implement a security risk management plan. These plans can include, creating a robust enterprise security management system, conducting threat, risk and vulnerability assessments, training employees on how they each play a role in minimizing the organization’s risk profile or conducting detailed investigations on security breaches or employee misconduct.

Operations Assistant
Alex currently works as the Operations Assistant at the Pickering office. She attended Durham College where she obtained a diploma in Protection, Security and Investigation. She then bridged to Ontario Tech University where she completed her degree in Forensic Psychology (Honours). Alex also possesses her dual Security Guard and Private Investigators License.
Her career with ISN began in October 2022, in the Background Screening department as a Screening Analyst. After four short months, she moved into the role of Operations Assistant.
