Celebrating 17 Years of Excellence at ISN

As we reflect on our 17th anniversary at ISN, we celebrate not only this milestone, but the road travelled that brought us here, nurtured through the hard work, passion and resolve of our people and our partnerships. When we embarked on this journey in 2006, our vision was clear: to attract the best talent, uphold the highest standards of professionalism, and create a network that excels in every aspect of our craft.

Sowing the Seeds of Success

The seeds we planted have flourished into a remarkable organization. The cornerstone of our success lies in the investment of time and energy into our people. While staying abreast of technological advancements, cybersecurity measures, and efficient processes is crucial, the bedrock of ISN's triumph is the incredible team we've cultivated. Our strength emanates from like-minded individuals who share our corporate values and are dedicated to the relentless pursuit of excellence.

ISN Headquarters

A Heartfelt Thanks

So, when asked about my feelings on our business this 17th anniversary, the answer is simple – thankful and blessed. Every member of our staff, our valued clients, and the service providers spanning North America have played an indispensable role in this incredible journey. The road we've traveled has been nothing short of amazing, and there's so much more ahead that we eagerly anticipate.

First Nations, First

We also take pause to recognize the meaningful strides we've taken through ISN Maskwa in collaboration with Missanabie Cree First Nation. Serving as a majority-owned Indigenous company, we actively walk the path of reconciliation with First Nation Peoples throughout the country. Our commitment to aiding First Nations during emergencies, crises, and investigations involving Residential Schools and Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG) reflects the profound importance of this work. It's about legacy and genuine reconciliation – achieved through respect, cultural sensitivity, and the expertise of trauma-informed investigators. The common goals established in the communities we serve are best met through such collaborative and empathetic efforts. This has been some of the most important work we have been faced with and it has been an honour to be a part of it.

Kudos to You from Our Leaders

As we turn the page to our 18th year, the excitement and enthusiasm that fueled our journey in year one remains undiminished. We look forward to confronting the challenges that lie ahead with the same vigour that has characterized ISN from its inception. Other members of leadership also commented on this special occasion:

"As we celebrate our 17th anniversary, it is an honour to lead such a diverse group of dedicated and driven employees that believe in our core values. We pride ourselves on professionalism and our standards of excellence. We continue to build a future for the next seven generations to come." (Sean Sparling, CEO)

"Today marks a significant milestone in our journey. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to our office staff, managers, and incredible team of investigators across Canada. You are the heart and soul of this company and are responsible for our continued success. ISN's dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment to the pursuit of truth have defined us as a leader in the industry. Thank you for 17 years of brilliance, teamwork, and endless dedication as ISN forges into the exciting future ahead!" (Mark Hutchinson, President)

For my part, our 17 years at ISN are a testament to the power of people, purpose, and perseverance. Here's to the incredible team that has shaped our past and the exciting future we're poised to embrace.

Looking forward to working through the challenges of our 18th year with the excitement and enthusiasm we had in year one!
