Andrew Quibell
Senior Investigator and Business Development Consultant
Andrew Quibell is currently a Senior Investigator and Business Development Consultant with ISN. He brings with him over thirty years of law enforcement experience. This includes investigative, community and front line uniform operational supervision policing. Among his areas of expertise are Financial Crime and Organized Crime Investigations where organized groups committed crimes for common financial benefit while defrauding people or businesses of their valuable items. Professional Standards which involved internal investigations with criminal activity and misconduct allegations against sworn members, public complaints regarding conduct and service, and acting as liaison for SIU investigations involving his police service. Arson and suspicious fires investigations, working in conjunction with OFM to determine the source of ignition, point of origin and spread patterns. These factors led to fire cause determination with criminal investigations and prosecutions in some cases.
Andrew was recognized by many co-workers and supervisors for his meticulous attention to detail with duty book notes and incident report narratives. He has taught and mentored novice police officers with this foundation skillset. His ability to build rapport during multiple interviews proved beneficial for many investigations and prosecutions. He has been recognized and received awards for his long-standing community involvement and investigative prowess.
Andrew strongly believes in information sharing and educating others while always being open to new and different ways to achieve goals. This value has been proven through organizing and facilitating courses, presentations, and meetings. He has a vast network of professional contacts throughout the province.
