Jane Martynuck
Senior Background Investigator and Business Development Consultant
Since September 2019, Jane Martynuck has been an Investigator with Investigative Solutions Network Inc. (“ISN”) in the Northern Ontario office. She has worked on several sensitive and complex investigations under the direction of Sean Sparling (President and Director of Investigations - Northern Ontario).
Jane is a retired Staff Sergeant from a midsized police service. She retired in January 2019 with 33 plus years of experience. During her police career Jane worked in multiple areas and was responsible for supervising both officers and civilian members. She spent over half of her career working on major crime files. She was tasked with implementing both the Sex Offender Registry Unit and Domestic Violence Unit. She was a trained Media Relations Officer for the Service. She has worked in Professional Standards where she was responsible for investigating public complaints against officers, conducting internal reviews, investigations and assisting with Police Act Hearings.
In her role with ISN Inc. Jane has completed several investigations revolving around workplace harassment, workplace sexual harassment, and workplace violence risk assessment. Jane has continued to conduct thorough background investigations for various organizations and police services while employed with ISN Inc. Jane has a proven track record of liaising with clients in order to execute her duties professionally, efficiently, and expeditiously.
