INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES
Risk management is the process for identifying, analyzing, and communicating risk and accepting, avoiding, transferring, or controlling it to an acceptable level considering associated costs and benefits of any actions taken.

We then use industry best practices and subject matter experts to establish and implement a security risk management plan. These plans can include, creating a robust enterprise security management system, conducting threat, risk and vulnerability assessments, training employees on how they each play a role in minimizing the organization’s risk profile or conducting detailed investigations on security breaches or employee misconduct.

Kirk Kelusky
Investigator
Kirk Kelusky is a licensed private investigator with ISN conducting various types of investigations and supports for clients.
During his career of over 35 years of service for the North Bay Police Service, he was well regarded professionally and in the community. He retired as an Inspector after assuming progressive and varying responsibilities in all areas of criminal investigations, intelligence, professional standards, operations management, critical incident response and command, along with project development and management.
Kirk holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Nipissing University, completed the Rotman School of Management Executive Police Leadership Forum, along with numerous professional development courses in operations, management and leadership.
With experience in governance, Kirk has served as a Vice Chair Canadore College Board of Governors, Chair of the Board of Directors for the Canadore Foundation overseeing financial endowments and bursaries supporting students and is the Municipal Appointee to the East Ferris Police Services Board.
Kirk remains active in many areas, enjoys cycling, outdoor adventures and flying airplanes as a Licensed Private Pilot.
